About the role:
As a Junior Account Manager and Programmatic Trader, you’ll be integral to the delivery and optimization of global campaigns within our dynamic team. This role combines client relationship management with data-driven campaign trading, ensuring performance excellence across multiple accounts. You’ll work closely with our sales team to deliver best-in-class client service and meet high standards of reporting and performance metrics. Using a variety of optimization tools and platforms, you’ll maximize campaign impact and showcase results through insightful reporting and presentations.
What You’ll Get To Do:
- Take ownership of specific accounts within the department, managing campaigns to ensure optimal delivery and performance in line with client expectations.
- Act as an Account Manager for campaigns, providing precise reconciliation, proactive communication, and exceptional customer service.
- Serve as the Trader for your campaigns, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining optimal margins.
- Develop and implement DSP strategies, troubleshooting as needed to enhance campaign efficiency and deliver outstanding results.
The Skills and Experience You Bring:
- Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced environment (industry-specific experience is not required).
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a focus on client service.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Excel formulas.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven experience tackling and resolving issues.
- Language: French-speaking skills are a bonus.
